My wife witnessed one of the workers walk up to and inspect the truck immediately afterward. When I contacted the owner to discuss the damage, he refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation, including additional work to offset the damage. The damage occurred during active cutting, and no effort was made to acknowledge or take ownership of it. The work was completed, but the refusal to address damage caused during the job was disappointing.
