He efficiently sorted everything out and he was very patient helping me acquire all the necessary paperwork/information. I am a Flight Attendant and I appreciate David's specialized knowledge of the aviation industry. If you are crew it's a no brained to work with someone who understands the intricacies of the job. That being said, I'd also recommend David to my non aviation friends too. There is an option to work through an app which I love. It's super easy to upload all of your documents from your phone and it keeps everything organized. You don't have to use the app, but if you like that kind of thing I think you would enjoy using it.
