2nd stay within a year. Both times have been quite pleasant. The first time we had a regular room but for some reason not sure how we got a handicap room??. In all honesty it worked out better! More room and the walk in shower was perfect! The hotel was booked the entire weekend. Unknown what was going on but it was full. Kids were running up and down the hall playing games. During the night it was quiet. AC works! . Clean running water. Plenty towels, liquid soap, lotion and shower gel. No bar soaps so bring your own in which I always do. This hotel has been here maybe 3yrs. The only issue I have is there were no laundry bags. As I said it's our 2nd visit thought maybe the first time was an oversight but nope it happened again. So maybe you have to request them or they just don't provide them. Most hotels do as a courtesy If you're in Perry,GA for whatever occasion, check this Hotel out. It's conveniently located off the exit near the eateries. Actually the entire strip is loaded with restaurants , gas stations, Kroger and Walmart.

Needed a place to stay overnight after a flat tire had me down a bit so came here. Nice entry way. Lady at the front desk was helpful and courteous. Food is in walking distance. Plenty of room to park. Breakfast is served. Coffee is available 24/7. Free WiFi. Only drawback is hardwood floors. I prefer carpet but that's just my own preference.

It's a really simple concept. Do basic very well. They offered a great night's sleep in a clean room. The room was modern and functional, loved features like hooks for bags and automatic window shades. This is the perfect place for a road trip where you arrive late and leave early. I found them at a price point just slightly lower than their sister brand Holiday Inn Express. This location didn't disappoint. Only one small service issue which they rectified.

Glass shower doors with shampoo, conditioner & body wash included.

Not to bad. Was clean. Rooms were small. Was not much to breakfast. Seem to be a poor attempt to compete with Tru by Hilton

On my way to Florida for family business and after a run-around with trying to get a room at another place, I found this jewel of a newer IHG chain hotel.

We felt like family. The owner stopped and chatted with each table for a few minutes after the main course. The B&B was also a pleasure. We had a special need and the owner was more than happy to accommodate us. The room was cozy and had a couple of easy chairs that you could watch TV from. There was also a couple of bags of snacks and a fridge stocked with sodas and water, all complimentary. If you love animals, there is a resident cat who makes his way along the outside porch as an ambassador to all the guests. There are also some donkeys and horses on property who love to get their heads scratched.

My breakfast was a beautiful omelette, fresh fruit, buttered toast, tea, juice, or coffee, fresh jams, and all delicious. The farm is cute and quaint and not too far off the main drag. The friendly kitty was a treat as well. I will tell you, the night I stayed they were feeding a book club and the smell of the food was making me salivate from my room! I was offered but declined and now I regret it so much! Planning on going back with my husband when we can eat dinner as well! Can't wait!

I was traveling with my 9 y/o daughter from CA and was concerned about staying at the local hotel due to some concerning reviews. When I shared this with Jenny on the phone, she said, "I'll take care of you guys" with Southern charm and made me feel so comfortable that I booked our week-long accommodation on the spot! Everything was perfect! The Cottonmill Suite was so lovely - spotless, the bed was comfortable, we had AC, flatscreen tv and more than enough space to relax and unwind! Every morning we were spoiled with a yummy breakfast, with eggs from their local farm (which my daughter got to visit), pancakes, bacon....and the works! Every afternoon, there were free goodies available....including banana bread & brownies! On Friday night, we enjoyed a candlelight dinner, with dessert brought up to our room. Jenny & Teddy (and all the workers) were so great! Every need and request was met with a smile and "yes, ma'am." Hands down, this is the place to stay when you're in the area. Thank you, Jenny, for sharing your B&B with us!
