So glad we did!…read more The hosts were amazing and fit us in at the last minute when we found out there was a restaurant on-prem. We were seated at 7pm and both the service and food were amazing. We felt like family. The owner stopped and chatted with each table for a few minutes after the main course. The B&B was also a pleasure. We had a special need and the owner was more than happy to accommodate us. The room was cozy and had a couple of easy chairs that you could watch TV from. There was also a couple of bags of snacks and a fridge stocked with sodas and water, all complimentary. If you love animals, there is a resident cat who makes his way along the outside porch as an ambassador to all the guests. There are also some donkeys and horses on property who love to get their heads scratched.

I was offered but declined and now I regret it so much! Planning on going back with my husband when we can eat dinner as well! Can't wait!

I was greeted with a warm welcome and found this place very beautiful and safe. It was unfortunate that we couldn't stay longer because the room was very pretty and quite clean. We went sightseeing at the covered bridge, wine tasting at Warm Springs and enjoyed ice cream at Fitzgerald Farms. It was a peaceful evening rocking on the beautiful front porch and enjoyed waking up to blueberry muffins, yogurt, orange juice, fruit and coffee. When I shared this with Jenny on the phone, she said, "I'll take care of you guys" with Southern charm and made me feel so comfortable that I booked our week-long accommodation on the spot! Everything was perfect! The Cottonmill Suite was so lovely - spotless, the bed was comfortable, we had AC, flatscreen tv and more than enough space to relax and unwind! Every morning we were spoiled with a yummy breakfast, with eggs from their local farm (which my daughter got to visit), pancakes, bacon....and the works! Every afternoon, there were free goodies available....including banana bread & brownies! On Friday night, we enjoyed a candlelight dinner, with dessert brought up to our room. Jenny & Teddy (and all the workers) were so great! Every need and request was met with a smile and "yes, ma'am." Hands down, this is the place to stay when you're in the area. We choose to have our dinner at Rosemary & Thyme, we had a wonderful relaxing evening as our pre Thanksgiving festivities Our evening was topped off with admiring the historic home of Susan and Kim's while sipping our evening wine in the dinning room. We had some tea too in our room. Our room was super spacious and quiet. We stayed in the Magnolia Room. The bed and the sheets were very comfortable. Susan made us an amazing breakfast! So filling! But so worth it! And the coffee was excellent! We hope to come back again and tour more of the local attractions! And as Kim recommended the Little Drummer Boy Museum at Andersonville is a first stop before heading to the historic site!

I'm only 106 lbs and I only got 3 hours of off-and-on sleep because the mattress is so numb that it's making limbs go numb every time I fall asleep on my back, and making me have joint pain from the pressure if I sleep on my side. So I'm just lying here in the bed sadly, waiting for morning to come. I wish I was brave enough to just sleep on the floor.
