The job was scheduled to begin about a week later. Shane and his crew arrived on time and immediately began setting up their equipment and began to work. His crew were all professional and hard working individuals. The job took 1.5 days to finish and Shane was on site working the whole time. It's not often you see the owner of a company out doing the hard work along side his employees. They finished the job and left my yard in a better, cleaner condition than before they arrived. Everything was done exactly as they said and I could have mowed my grass they cleaned the yard up so well. We wanted the leaves picked up and removed and not a lot of landscapers do this. I requested via email an appt for a quote. Immediately got a reply acknowledging my request. Had a phone call with someone who said he could get here two days hence and he arrived on time, sent a quote the next day. The crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. The gathered all the leaves and twigs and hauled them away, they trimmed a holly hedge and a few limbs from our trees. Definitely our go to guys. Next spring we will have a final cleanup of leaves not fallen yet and spreading mulch in our pristine beds.

The simple version is, it took multiple attempts to get our estimate appointment accomplished as they kepot canceling... and it was 50/50 whether we had to call to ask where they were vs. their telling us in advance. We were looking to do some french drains, landscaping, etc. After they finally came out, they said we'd have a quote in less than a week. Long story short, we never got it. After a week went by we called and got an apology, an excuse, and a promise. A few days later we called, and got another apology, excuse, and promise. After the third time this happened, we quit calling. We never heard from them again. It makes you wonder how they would be if you actually got the chance to hire them. Do they show up on time? Do they do good work? Do they stand by their work and fix problems without any hassles? We never got the chance to find out, but that in itself is kind of an answer.

But he should have cleaned up as his advertisement stated. As for stump grinding, he left 8- 10 inch hill sticking up. Certainly not quality work - you pay a lot for bad value.
