Our bungalow for six had a large living room, dining room, kitchen, a double en-suite bedroom and toilet downstairs and two double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The park is great. The central facilities are a bit small scale, though, and especially the restaurant running on a very limited menu, if open at all, is a bit of a shame.

The woman at reception desk was very friendly and welcoming in fact everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was superb, modern and clean and just my modern taste. The room was a single room with nice big double bed. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was extremely clean and modern with nice big shower and sink and plenty of clean towels. A nice work desk in room to write on, hot water kettle with tea & coffee. Nice chair and side table. I love that hotel is close to central train station as well as close to city center yet on a quiet, peaceful street. On my next trip to Groningen I plan to stay here again. Reasonable room rates considering how nice, clean, modern and spacious the room was and in the best location, close to everything yet quiet. It was my first hotel stay in Groningen and it looks like I picked the best accommodation I could have asked for. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Groningen.

The hotel is in a good location -- near the center of the city, yet on a side street that is quieter than many others in the area. The hotel seems to be rather new; everything looked very modern and barely used. My room was very clean and quite comfortable. The bathroom featured a heated floor and a very nice selection of toiletries (from the Rituals brand). The drawback to the bathroom was the fact that the shower door seemed to be poorly designed, because as soon as I turned the shower on, the water began leaking out and flooding the floor. Luckily there were plenty of towels to sop up the mess. There was a hot water kettle in the room, along with a variety of teas, hot chocolate mix and instant coffee (along with sugar and creamer). The two employees I met upon check-in and check-out were very friendly and had practically perfect English (not surprising in the Netherlands). The price for the room did not include breakfast (that would have been an extra 100 Euros), and seemed a tad high for this area. However, I slept very well, and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needed a place to stay in the center of Groningen.
