A few days prior to my pickup date Budget called to reconfirm my reservation. When I went to pick up my car it wasn't there and the clerk at the desk said she didn't expect it in. No reason why, other than it wasn't in and she did not anticipate it coming in that day prior to close. No apologies, no offer to contact another location. The only other option was to put me in a 13 or 15 passenger sprinter van. We had to have a ride that day because we were leaving early the following morning. The van we got stunk like a frat house. Half empty beer cans inside, trash strewn around. The van was horrendous on the highway. Drove terrible at highway speed. Front end shook terribly. The whole family was miserable riding to and from our trip. This was a miserable experience. I hope to never deal with them again!

The Kia had been sideswiped and wasn't really clean but we accepted it anyway. While on the interstate we noticed a sound coming from one of the tires and shortly after the tire blew. It was frightening. We were able to pull over to the shoulder of the interstate only because we were lucky enough for a young man who was behind us pulled over and allowed us to pull in front. He helped my husband change the tire and we continued on our way. But we had a long way to drive still to get to our destination. We worried the whole way whether that temporary tire was going to safely get us to where we were going. That put a damper on our whole trip. We had to end up driving almost an hour away from the cabin to exchange the car for one with better tires. That took a whole day of our time that was wasted. We will never rent from them again. We purchased the extra insurance also but received a bill from Budget when we returned home charging us for the tire. What a way to do business!! Wouldn't rent from them again even if they were the only company in town!

Rental Beware - Extremely Disappointed with Enterprise…read more I've had multiple rentals with Enterprise recently, and on consecutive rentals there have been issues with the vehicles . This isn't a one‑off problem; it's a pattern that shows a serious lack of upkeep and attention to maintenance. On my most recent rental, the car displayed a "service due now" warning. When I tried to get another vehicle, instead of actually addressing the problem, the staff went out to the car and simply reset the service light . That is not a solution, and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the safety or reliability of their vehicles. This is not the first time I've had a major issue with Enterprise. Back in December , a problem with one of their vehicles was so bad that Enterprise had to transport me 100 miles just to get another car . That experience alone should have been a red flag, but I gave them another chance and regret it. At this point, my trust in Enterprise's ability to properly maintain their vehicles is non-existent . On top of that, their handling of these situations has shown a clear lack of customer care and respect . I didn't feel listened to, and I certainly didn't feel that my safety or time were a priority. Rental beware. I will be thinking twice before ever renting from Enterprise again, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company.

Their office has a nice, relaxed feel to it and the employees are extremely easygoing and helpful! My dad has bought cars from both Draper and Niles and had a great experience. Today, I bought a car from Draper and the process took a quite awhile (because of complications on my end) but he got it taken care of for us! They keep their cars in lovely condition. Of course the cars occasionally have some cosmetic damage (dings or scratches or small stains on the upholstery) but their overall condition is very good. You can view what they have available on their website and it changes every week! Cars rotate in and out very quickly. Anyway, I highly recommend this facility if you're looking to buy a newer used car. I believe they range in price anywhere from $10,000 and up!
