I offered to take any other vehicle (parking lot was full of vehicles) Was told i would have to pay more!! So you can take a reservation just not complete the reservation??? We needed a vehicle then not in 3 hours. Needless to say left and was able to get a car from Budget right away. Never will recommend or use this location again!!

The car that arrived was not the class we rented and they proceeded to charge us an upgrade fee which is absolutely insane as we waited 3 hours past our reservation time. Do not make cars available on the website if you do not have any cars available.
