Don't expect to get a car even if you have a reservation! Worst customer service!!! Rude employee. Made a reservation for a mid size car for 11:00 AM arrived for pickup only to be told car needed an oil change and wouldn't be ready until 2:00.! I offered to take any other vehicle (parking lot was full of vehicles) Was told i would have to pay more!! So you can take a reservation just not complete the reservation??? We needed a vehicle then not in 3 hours. Needless to say left and was able to get a car from Budget right away. Never will recommend or use this location again!! read more

This review is long overdue. last November I got a car from this location Jarrod Thompson was the branch manager. I noticed little bugs crawling around in the car at first I thought I might've parked under a tree, but then I kept seeing them and I realized they were baby roaches. I let Jarrod know and he told me that if I did not leave a review, he would give me a rental car for a weekend so of course I agreed. Some months went by before I needed the car and when I went to get the free rental, I was promised Jarrod no longer worked at that location and he did not make a note of it in his notes so I was not able to get the car. I have been treated better at this location off of Russell Parkway. I returned a car with minor damage to the center console, on the passenger side, that I missed at pick up so I mentioned it to them. I could have said nothing, maybe like the last customer but I didn't. As I was explaining that I did not cause the damage, I felt like I was calmly and politely, told I was a liar. Unfortunately, I got upset. My prior experiences renting at this location were not indicative of this one. They were friendly and professional. I have personally recommended this location numerous times. I won't say I will never rent here again but I will think more than twice before I do. read more

I had a TERRIBLE Experience with Enterprise Rent A Car. Nobody picks up the phone at any of the Enterprise Rent A Cars in my area of Warner Robins or Byron so I am always having to go in and talk to somebody. Moreover, I had a rental through USAA and I just can't get a hold of anybody. Plus, the guy in front of me had the same complaint and I brought that up to the Manager and all he wanted to do was fight with us rather than address our concerns. I canceled my insurance car reservation that my insurance company made with them and will instruct my car insurance company to put in a rental request with one of Enterprise Rent a Car's competitors. Customers, STAY AWAY from this location. The manager doesn't want to address customer problems and just wants to fight with all the customers. read more

I didn't have a great experience with Enterprise. I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop, and my insurance covered Enterprise. I dropped my car off at the shop in the morning and bummed a ride to work with a friend. I called and arranged for Enterprise to pick me up at 4:30 that afternoon from work (since, you know, their slogan is "Call Enterprise. We'll pick you up.") . I called them at 5:00 when they still weren't there, and they claimed I'd never spoken to them that morning. They finally made it at 5:40 (after another phone call). I was given a new Nissan Altima with satellite radio and all sorts of upgrades (and tinted windows), which rocked (and is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1). Except I got pulled over for the overly tinted windows and had to explain it was a rental car. They let me out of the ticket. The day I went to return the car, I was behind a guy in line who had shown up with a cop because the license plate on his rental car had expired and he'd also gotten pulled over. Not sure what happened as I dropped my car off and was on my way. Never again. read more

Rented a car from here last week. To be fair it was last minute. But when we called at 10 am to get the car between 2 and 3 pm they said they had one and it would be no problem. We then get a call at 2 saying they didn't have a car and but might have a car at 330. 330 rolls around and they say it will be 5 before they have a car. My wife and MIL get there at 5 and it was over and hour before they got the car. Long story short we wanted to leave at 3 at the latest it was after 6 before we left. If you don't have a car fine let us know that. Don't take our reservation. then call at pick up time and say you don't have a car and string us along saying you might get one. I called in advance by several weeks, the car I wanted was not available, had to take one I didn't want, was a gas hog, pulled to the right, and the tag fell off. I found it and put it back on. I informed the salesperson my wife was taking a small dog with us on the trip out of state. They said they didn't allow that, so I told them I would take the car and have it cleaned on my dime, actually, every time I ever rented a car, I took it by a detail shop before returning it. Didn't really see the big deal about the dog, kids are a lot worse on a car than a small dog. I wish the staff at Russell/Warner Robins could be a little more pleasant and accommodating. Rosco was pretty cool, and professional, extremely polite. He is the one I asked for upon return. read more

Update: After seeing my yelp review, the manager did reach out and attempt to rectify the situation. The chances of me doing business with this location again have slightly improved. Bad experience. Good news is they called me the night before my reservation to let me know I would likely have to wait a while to get a vehicle. They had 40 cars going out and only 3 people working. Got there to pick up reservation and they didn't have an SUV as I requested over a month ago. The clerk lead me to believe the location across town had an SUV. We wasted 30 minutes going across town and back. The other location let us know real quick all their SUVs were tagged for their own customers. I get that, but I'm really pissed the girl at the Rigby location sent me over their. She had been on the phone with the Watson location and knew we had to have an SUV. The manager here was great and very accomodating. I made a reservation for a car over the phone with her one day, dropped in the next, and only through the sound of my voice she was able to remember my name and what I was looking to get. Rented a car one way from them. Had a dent on it when I got picked it up. They said "oh it's fine". Dropped the car off in Morrow not 2 hours later and they accused me of causing the dent because Luke never noted it correctly on my rental agreement. Atlanta office called Warner Robins office and said it would be fine. Deposit of $150 has NOT been credited back in fact it's already been debited from my bank account. Last night another charge of $72 appeared on my bank account. I've so far paid $220+ for a one way rental of 90 miles. Will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges. Beyond impressed With the staff here. We had rented 6 vehicles for 3 months with them and the vehicles were very maintained and cleaned. If I ever had a issue, Jennifer the manager was on it. If she was not there, her staff was on it. Trell, Shahnee, and Shannon were always very fast and professional. If I ever had a concern with the car they would send staff out. Always offered me a bottle water. They know customer service. Definitely will do business With then again. Thank you!! read more

Take pictures before and after. Have witnesses. You too may be falsely accused if you don't. My recent rental was returned in less than 24 hours. It was clean and gassed. I got up early, scraped off the frost and got it to them hoping I might get a small discount. Instead I was falsely accused of smoking in it. Then when I went in to confront them about this, I was ganged up on, embarrassed and humiliated. You lost a lot of customers due to this. I didn't deserve to be treated like some lowlife off the street by one of your agents. She needs to be taught manners or fired. All the rentals I set up for business and friends/family will be done through Hertz, from now on. And did I mention that the manager couldn't even bother to call? read more

This Enterprise location doesn't maintain a larger enough quantity of vehicles. I was late to pick up a reserved car, however my car was already rented to someone else. No other cars were available. This location should be closed if Enterprise refuses to stock with reasonable quantity! I'll never reserve a car at this location again. read more

I am very disappointed with this location, I called in advance spoke with a young lady that assured me that the rental would be available at this location at 12:00 noon, I arrived on time and was met by a gentlemen that was working outside to direct the vehicles to park on the street as you cannot park in the parking lot related to COVID 19, well this staff member was not very friendly, as well as, he was unprofessional! He asked for my info and then stated that I would have to wait another 2 hours for a rental because I apparently spoke with one of Enterprises' outsourced Customer Service Reps that does not work at this location so they do not know what vehicles are available! He was non apologetic that I took off work to come and pick up a vehicle that I was told would be available at Noon and then he proceeded to disregard anything I had to say and kept saying " You can wait the two hours and that is all I can do!" he has no Customer Service Training and is very unprofessional ! I will be contacting the Corporate office to complain about the whole process in dealing with Enterprise Customer Service Reps and the actual location where a Customer can rent a vehicle. Friendly customer service but slow! Took 40 minutes to provide our car. Service rep immediately took our registration and took the car to detail. Car delivered with tar splattered exterior and no fuel (had to gas up immediately). Customer service rep also attempted to guilt me into taking insurance. I've rented cars all over the planet and the Warner Robins option has consistently been the slowest. read more

This enterprise on Watson Blvd was my worse experience ever with this company. I was the first customer on Sunday (door open at 1 pm) and I was served immediately. At this branch only two people work there on Sunday. They served all customers that arrived after me; before I received my car. I had to wait 45 minutes. I had to travel that day (during the Christmas Holidays). The woman had to wash my car when I was waiting for it. The windshield was still dirty with bugs and flies when I received the rental car. No preparation at all before they opening. It was my first time with them (on Watson Blvd) and it was my last one. After waiting for 1 hour I left their parking lot. At this location the customer service is very bad. read more

The staff at this Enterprise location are friendly, knowledgeable and so professional. My husband and I rent vehicles often and this is our preferred site to rent from. The cars are always clean and I never have any issue with pick-up or drop-off of my vehicles. They even pick me up and give me a ride home if necessary.
