I didn't feel safe given the body language of this person and the tone he spoke to me in, so I was thankful when security came. The attendant then refused to rent a car to me or my husband (who came with a credit card). I asked for a manager, but I was told he was in another city and unable to talk. I was then told later that the manager was in another country. I honestly don't think they wanted me to speak with a manager and lied. Later I was told this was the second incident at the enterprise counter with Ryan that day. He should be fired.

Demanded my return flight confirmation number. Provided - stated that wasn't it. Eventually he figured out it was correct. Wanted to know where I was going with the car. And scolded me that they would charge me $1500 if I drop the car off at a different location. The reservation stated pick up/drop off at the airport. After repeated calls and finally talking to someone, they said this could indicate a serious problem BUT they had no appointments available until October (this was on August 19)!! We just had the car in a month earlier for routine oil change and their shop did not look busy at all. For Pete's sake hire some more mechanics!! So frustrated, we are going to trade in the car for something else at a reputable dealer.
