Shipped to AZ, needed over $5000 in work before driving, although Tony assured me that the car was perfect & had been through their inspection process, SURE! I would HIGHLY advise taking ANY used car to another dealership/mechanic before purchasing. While I was drinking the kool aid and question the pricing of this vehicle, Tony's exact words"All good!! I get it cars are so weird now a days. These vw this specific model and year retains its value quite well". Purchased this car for 14k, can't find anyone that will give me more than $7500 for, that with me driving only 1500 miles since I received & extra $5000 put into the car. Do NOT trust these guys, I should have known but I didn't really have a say in the matter. I will happily drive this car that holds its value so good & gladly take a refund? We recently bought a used car from Graham Auto. We took it to our mechanic immediately and he found an issue with oil leaking in an area where it eventually started to come through the vents into the car. We took it back to Graham and they said it was fixed. Nothing had been fixed. My daughter was taking it to Colorado and fumes were coming in through vents. She ended up with a 750.00 bill to fix it. Graham's service department is lacking. The service I received was horrible. If you want your car looked at, be prepared to wait over 2 weeks from your actual appointment date to get your car back. Their communication skills and response times are extremely poor. read more

This dealership is easily more than twice as expensive as an independent mechanic. I have attempted to use their service twice now, and both with the same result: I could have the very same work done with parts bought from the very same third party for less than half of what Graham is changing. Most recently, they wanted to install a factory-new engine in an Audi where I wanted a refurbished one. They reluctantly hinted at a refurbished model being $6,000+ and a new one $12,000 plus installation, other parts potentially needed, and tax. I got the work done elsewhere for $3,300 including everything _with an engine from the same vendor_! If you don't mind paying that much extra, then I agree that they are friendly, have a smart building (with about 15 employees that appear to have not much work to do at all...), free hot chocolate and a shuttle. SHOP AROUND! These guys are just too overpriced. I have lived in six different states and whereas dealerships are always overpriced, this is by far the worst I've seen. read more

Extremely disappointed every time we need a service. We will be driving to Omaha from now on. The service department never answers. Once we have to have our car towed in because the computer module stopped working and our car wouldn't even start. They let the car sit on the lot for 2 weeks without looking at it. We called several times for updates and got no response so ended up having to go into the store and complain before they even LOOKED at it. A second time we needed something with our power steering fixed, it was diagnosed previously so we made an appointment describing the issue and the part needed (they diagnosed at an earlier service). When we dropped the car off, they mentioned they were busy so were not going to get to the car that day (what was the appointment for then?). They also said they didnt have the part, which we told them ahead if time we needed. We live out of town and had no way home so had to use a loaner. The car was supposed to be done by the end of the week but when we called friday for updates they still had not started on the car (our appointment was Tuesday) and thus it wouldn't be ready until next week. As luck would have it, while driving the loaner friday night, a rock flew out of a truck bed and cracked the loaner windshield-- a loaner that we should not have even needed at that point but do to their slow and terrible service we still had! That repair cost $1300 and after trying to communicate with them for a month, they decided they would cover the cost of the windshield which we are very grateful for. When we got our car back (after paying $600+ to fix the power steering) and a week later the problem is worse than before. read more

Was driving across country from NH to CO, when I noticed my antifreeze levels were low, I called this dealership and they told me to come right in! I was greeted by an older gentleman, who I believe name was Troy, his customer service was unmatched! He checked out my car, topped off my antifreeze and sent me on my way. Horrible customer service. Had multiple problems with my leased 2014 passat . From transmission to radio and electronic problems. Never found anything wrong. After a few of weeks turning my vehicle in they finally call me telling me my lease is up and wanting to get me into something else. I told them i had already turned it in and bought a new vehicle. Salesmans answer was" well answered that question ". And hung up. Never again will I buy or lease another VW. Worst vehicle i ever owned. read more

Bob and the staff at Graham Auto's service department saved the day when we were driving across the country during our move. We towed our car to Graham's when suddenly stopped without warning an hour out of town. Bob and Eric did such a nice, efficient job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it as quick as they could- allowing us to get back on the road. Their team also shuttled us to and from the hotel, and called the next day to make sure we were doing ok. We greatly appreciated the personal touches and we're incredibly pleased with their service! I'm not a customer of Graham Automotive. I don't live in South Dakota. I've never even set foot in this dealership. But these guys did me a HUGE favor, saved me some money, and had nothing to gain! Here's what happened. I purchased an Audi at an Audi dealer in Houston, TX. That dealer only provided me with 1 key for the car I purchased and wanted to charge me $450 for a second key. I contacted Graham, the original company who sold this vehicle and told them what happened. They tracked down the second key, called me to get my mailing address, and mailed me the key without charging me anything! If they treat non-customers so well, imagine how well they'll treat actual customers. Next time I'm shopping for a car, I just might take a trip to Sioux Falls! Thanks! read more
