Cold customer service and over charged. Do not use this location. I rent a car from this location and returned with a cracked windscreen ( was not my fault , a small object on the road flew interest it ) I paid for the loss damage waiver and also access reduction but they still charged me full price. I called to follow up a few weeks later and spoke to one of the mechanics, he had a look and said it only need a filling and it would only cost a couple hundreds dollars so I went back to the counter and I spoke to the guy who I rent the car from , got told to go home he will follow up there is not only one car need to be look after and it looks like the car needs to change the whole windscreen ( he assumed without making a phone call or speaking to some specialists, as if he just gonna charged me for full price anyway). Now it's been 2 months. I haven't heard anything from Avis. Very disappointed. I was a regular to Avis. I have very good driving records. I never have any accidents and always make sure to pay for the top cover because I realised that accident could happen but Avis took it for granted by charging me full price for a couple hundred dollars job. read more
