The rooms are super clean, the beds are super comfortable, and one of the nicest Hilton Gardens I've ever been in. The shower has super good water, pressure and the towels are super white and new. This location is super quiet and highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn in Victoria.

Unfortunately, this particular stay was disappointing because the hotel's Wi-Fi was unavailable for a substantial portion of our two-night reservation. The outage reportedly had already been ongoing for several days, but we were not notified before arrival or at check-in. Because the trip involved confidential professional work, using a shared business center was not a practical alternative. The front desk also directed us to contact the hotel's internet provider ourselves to troubleshoot the problem, which felt like a responsibility that should have remained with the property. When we later contacted management, we received a different explanation and did not receive the promised follow-up from the general manager or any meaningful accommodation, such as a refund of the internet charge. This appears to have been a one-off experience rather than representative of our previous stays, which were comfortable and enjoyable. Still, better communication, clearer accountability, and a reasonable adjustment would have gone a long way toward resolving the issue.
