Called and booked was promised pick up time of 11. 11:15 someone called said it would be 2:00…read morebefore they could get me. ok what else do I do... wait at 2:15 no one there no call I call oh we were waiting for you to call us... ??? keep in mind I had a reservation to be picked up at 11 then changed to 2 so I'm puzzled as to why they were waiting on a call from me 15 min later the driver pulls up get to office and I sit for 30 min car is not ready.... Hmmm finally they come get me take me outside go over car damage etc and I had already given card number to reservation people go to sign and since it's a debit card they want to charge me an additional 300.00 deposit to rent a car local for 2 days ?? And I was not informed when I booked... this did not sit well with me so I did not rent the car I had them take me back to hotel and I will never use them Ever again!!! Never had this problem! And rude as hell all employees running around not knowing which way is back or front other employees with a waiting room full of people on their phones outside horrible experience! And ruined my vacation I had way to get around and had to sit at hotel!!!
