They've lost our business forever and what I hear about town is the same thing. They are expensive and they don't give you enough food. The portions are extremely small if you get into the Italian service.. and I'm pretty sure they have their kid running in the kitchen and I don't think he's capable of doing it. At the end of the meal, a woman came out and asked truly how we felt about it. I was gentle and explaining to her that I thought that a hamburger should come with condiments. She said I'm a manager here. Also, I'll see what I can do for you. She never returned back to the table. She went and hid. I wasn't expecting to get anything for free But when they come to your table and say how is everything and you're honest and then they go on hide that's disgusting. I would avoid this place. Absolutely. They treat their customers like we're stupid and they out and outright cheat you.

When we contacted both the catering manager and the owner, to discuss the details of the food we wanted, we were told one of the menus they provided was not an option. (The menu that we wanted to use). The owner was extremely unprofessional. She openly admitted she had made a mistake by sending the menu and "learned her lesson". When I then asked about using my deposit toward salads for the wedding, grooms supper or if I could use it for a future graduation party, I was rudely told NO. AND she would not reimburse my deposit, even tho she admitted that she was at fault. They handled this situation unprofessionally and in a rude manner. I would never trust Tutti Fruitti for a catering event.
