The bounce house was fine, but it's a bit old - there were some small holes leaking air, but didn't affect the use though. The inside of the bounce house was not very clean - we found some small tree branches and small rocks. The company's staff is friendly and the customer service is nice - it was easy to reschedule my reservation. Overall a good experience with this business.

Can't say anything good about this company. We had a wedding in my back yard on Saturday. All of…read moretheir equipment was old and ragged including the tent, tables and heater (that had to be reset again and again). The 20x40 tent was poorly set up. they only put 3 stakes to hold it in place. I had to install 4 of my own stakes to hold it down due to pretty strong winds on Friday. It also leaked during a rain storm on Friday, luckily it didn't rain on Saturday. They also did not review the equipment inventory and get a sign-off for it. Thank goodness there wasn't a discrepancy, but they did take one of my personal propane tanks. I had to call them to ask that it be brought back, which the owner has promised to personally do before Thursday. That said, the worst part for me was that there was very little communications on when they would install and remove their equipment. They just showed up and didn't have the common courtesy to let us know they were there. I could hardly believe it when they showed up unannounced in my back yard before 10:00 am Sunday morning and began removing their equipment (remember, the wedding was the night before). When I confronted them they complained that all of the decorations were not removed from the tent and that the tables and chairs weren't properly stacked for them. Very unprofessional business in my humble opinion.
