The customer service to help get the wheel repaired the first time was outstanding. Unfortunately the other three wheels didn't match the new wheel and it was off balance. We took it back in after speaking to Joe, who said "yes bring it in, we will be happy to take care of it for you and make it right." We took it back and the staff sent it out again to be fixed. This company offers great customer service, the way I think every company should run. Kudos to Joe and the staff who work at this store. You all have been amazing. Update: my partner got the suitcase back today. All 4 wheels are now perfect and they fixed the handle we never mentioned. Wow! I was about to purchase a carry-on at SM for around $100 and found almost the exact same style and color at Luggage Unlimited for $40, unbelievable! They are a wholesaler that has been in business for 17 years that also sells to the public, and they have the largest selection of bags I've ever seen. They have luggage, make-up totes, backpacks (adult, child, and hiking) picnic baskets, compartmentalized lunch bags, wallets with wrist straps, tons of bows, and a large selection of crystals for bedazzling all of your purchases. They do have a smallish selection of nice handbags, but most of their handbags are the slouchy cloth type. This store is huge, cluttered, and packed. It is more of a small warehouse type of place, no frills. Be prepared to spend a lot of time here. They don't have a public restroom, so take care of your biz before you arrive.

I have traveled with these suitcases (the Large and Medium) internationally and domestically multiple times plus lots of roadtrips. I recently packed four pieces of my grandmothers pottery (in separate boxes with padding) and it all arrived totally intact after a 14 hour flight. AWAY luggage has proven itself to be super dependable, durable and trustworthy. Rolls beautifully, handles still go up and down smoothly, zippers and fasteners still work perfectly, and yes the exterior attracts scuff marks, but to me that's a badge of travel honor. Still won't set foot in that store ever again, but this company gets a lot of credit for a great product! Worth every penny and then some.
