When I first contacted this company Michael truly made me feel like he was my trusted advisor. He did so at a time when I really needed professional guidance and help. Fast forward one year and I am still so happy with this wonderful service, and I still see Michael as a trusted professional advisor. In a time of rotten customer service I salute this fine organization. It is sometimes hard to take a step back from life and see what is truly good. I had a chance to do that today and one of the things I am grateful for is this company. They make me feel secure knowing my home is well guarded and I know that if I ever need anything, they will be there. In this day and age that is a very, very rare thing. James and Daniel came to do the work, they were neat, quiet, respectful of their language which is rare these days. I've had no issues with any of the work done by On Site, and James even reached out about 2 months later to find out if we have had ANY issues from our master remote to the automation controller/ thermostat. If I built another home, On Site would be my first call for any alarm or media / smart home needs.
