My husband and I recently moved from Florida to New Jersey so you can only imagine the stress that comes with moving into a new area and needing services and not knowing where or how to find them. We purchased a tv and brackets from Bestbuy and paid for installation $199. Long story short Bestbuy screwed us out of two appointments. After three hours of phone calls and hold times Bestbuy ended up giving us a refund. I asked my husband to look for an installer and we were lucky to find LV Tech. The installers showed up on time and their meticulous work is awesome. My husband is OCD and he was super pleased with the work that was done. I had initially found them from Google when I was trying to set up a tv in a new apartment. These guys were fantastic, I called them and they were able to make an appointment with me on a Saturday night last minute! The 2 gentlemen were fast, polite and incredibly clever with how to make my set up look even better than I'd have ever done for myself. They even made suggestions for how to put shelving that I'm absolutely in love with. I moved into a new apartment and needed my technical equipment set up. I called LV Tech and two technicians were sent to my apartment. They called to confirm, called when they arrived, and were on time just as they said. They were able to very neatly put my plasma on a stand, and connected my surround sound. They asked me for my preferences, and gave me their advice, which was great because I did not have a clue other wise. They were so quick and efficient that I was surprised they were done. I couldn't ask for more! I called them this morning (Saturday) and they arrived within few hours at the time they said they will. They were very polite and got straight to installing the TV. The price is excellent! We apperantly have concrete wall and they charged us $99 to install a 65 inch tv on it! Any other service provider wanted almost $200 to do the same job. Decided to mount my TV in my living room. Close friend of mine recommended LV Tech they have installed couple TVs at her new place and she said they were great. I ordered the gold package and got the appointment scheduled for the next day, two technicians arrived on time and got the job done in less then 1 hour. I called LV Tech late on a weekday evening and was able to get service within two hours of my phone call. The two technicians arrived promptly and were able to remount my 70 inch tv that was initially mounted incorrectly by someone else was practically falling off of the wall. Tried someone from task rabbit, was not completely happy with the quality so decided to use LV Tech for another TV I needed mounted, much better quality!!! Would definitely recommend using them and will use them for future tv mounting/installation needs. They came with all supplies and hid all of the cords/wires. We were missing a few key cords and they went and picked them up for us in addition to an extension cord and power strip. The team at LV Tech did an excellent job mounting my flat screen TV. They made the experience seamless by bringing the articulating mount, molding and even an hdmi cable I didn't realize I needed.
