I recently purchased the Samsung Frame TV, which is different from other TVs in that it's made to lay flush against the wall like a framed piece of art. I wanted to be sure I hired someone who was familiar with how to work with this particular model, as there's nothing that ruins your day like your expensive purchase of the year getting wrecked. I'm not Miss Moneybags, at least not yet, so I had to be discerning. After I went through the very easy process of messaging a number of vendors via Yelp's Request a Quote feature, I received numerous responses within minutes, but Mike's response stood out. He wasn't offering the lowest price, but his message was friendly, pricing was transparent, and he specifically called out the unique nature of the Samsung Frame TV. His website featured a photo of another Frame TV he successfully installed. I was sold. Mike was so professional-- he showed up right on time, put on shoe covers, and he and I stayed masked the entire time he went to work. He was very thorough about making sure he set it up at just the height I wanted, even asking me to consider the other framed pieces of art I told him I planned to hang around the TV. He was done in about an hour. He even offered to cover the thin transparent wire that connects the TV to the "guts" of the device with a discreet piece of plastic that would protect the delicate wire and blend in with the wall. I hesitated, thinking it wasn't necessary, but I'm glad I went ahead with it because the whole effect is cleaner. He didn't even charge me for this. He left the place completely clean and even offered to take the box the TV came in outside. What a gem. TV looks great!

If you're looking for someone who gets the job done, goes out of his way to take care of the customer and responds quickly to a request, then definitely go with Harry for your TV/AV installation needs. A friend of ours found him on Google and recommended Harry to us. He was very quick to respond and provided us with a very reasonable quote, especially given the amount of work that was involved with our home. When he and his assistant arrived for the first appointment, he spent nearly 7 hours taking care of everything we needed. It was a lot of TVs so understandably it took a lot of time, but he was extremely thorough and wanted to make sure the work was done right regardless of how long it took. Unfortunately one of the TVs we had ended up having issues after it was mounted (which had nothing to do with Harry or his work). Harry was kind enough to remove the broken TV from the mount (so I could get a replacement asap) and offered to come back again to finish the job at a later date at a very reasonable rate. We were so satisfied with his work we ended up asking him to mount another TV for us in addition to the replacement TV. He does a great job of making sure wires are concealed and the proper cables and outlets are re-routed as needed. He does a great job of providing that "clean" look that people look for when it comes to mounting TVs.
