Terrible experience dealing with Valerie. Wasted almost a month waiting for kitchen designs and…read morere-measurements to be done. She was "overwhelmed" by basic customer questions. If a design person cannot answer customer questions and gets overwhelmed then there's a real problem. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Kitchen fabulous cabinet, they were great in every way. Pricing, quality, and patience. Caroline helped me. I was designing/ remodeling a old kitchen. I was not sure how to or where to begin. Other places I went to were not willing to take the time to actually walk you through the process. And the prices were very high. Caroline helped me with the design and even pointed out aspects of the design I may have missed. Caroline also worked with me if I had a question or changed my mind. They deliver was on time and was quick. The man was even courteous enough to ask if I wanted him to remove his shoes to not track mud! It goes to show every detail to the design and delivery. They were great help in executing the look we wanted. Especially during the supply chain issues. I never felt rushed or that I was taking too much time whether it was taking items home to live with for a few days or in reviewing design plans. We were fortunate to have our cabinets delivered in the timeframe we were given. Delivery day went smoothly and efficiently. A few weeks later our cabinets were installed by our contractor where it was discovered that we were excluded one draw roll out for our pantry & the glass front doors had a slight mix up. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner and I feel it was due to the manufacturer, not Kitchen Fabulous. I would highly recommend Kitchen Fabulous, Caroline or Tiane for any budget, any job large or small. We love our kitchen and the functionality we now have. We couldn't be happier! For us, our experience with Kitchen Fabulous was nothing but positive and professional!
