When I first walked in a meet with a consultant named Jo-Jo whose AWESOME by the way. I expressed my need to lose 15 pounds. She suggested a 8 week program, which I ended up signing for. I started this program in January 2019 with the goal of losing 30 pounds. To date (August 2019) I am down just over 40 pounds and am currently on maintenance.
