I'm 70 years old and love Floyd however when visiting today there was a sweet asian family in the store at the same time. I was thinking how well behaved the little girl was. I would say she was maybe 10. The shop keeper was so rude and refused to sell a cheap little stone she wanted to buy. She told the little girl that she was rude and she did not want to sell her anything. I think the parents were shocked as was I. I do not understand how she stays in business. I came home and read the reviews of others and see she has many complaints. How sad that you have to bully a little girl . I thought perhaps it was because she was Asian. I have no time for racism. However, after reading all the reviews she is apparently mean to everyone. I left and spent my money else where. I will never go back.
