I've got the monthly subscription plan and after every storm I make it a point to get in and get my car cleaned. On those days after a storm sometimes it seems like there is a delay of four or five cars and yet it always goes quickly and efficiently, and a thorough cleaning will help keep my car look new and attractive. There is always that person who's responsible to line your car up, greet you, remind you to put your car into neutral, to take your foot off the break and they do the initial power scrubbing of the front and the side he or she standing on. After the car wash, there is a huge area designated for your use to dry and vacuum your car. Typically they've got cloth towels available for your use in every spot. All of this for a month to month subscription. What more could you want for the dollar? They're always open, they hire people with a positive attitude, and my car comes out clean with the option to vacuum it further and dry it in their designated area. Bonus if you're a chipotle fan, as the restaurant is right next-door.

At 930, when it says close at 10, he says he leaves it 10, but the sign on the door says closes. At 10 website, says closing soon in a 1/2 an hour. Yet can't get any service would not recommend this place. Either they got to change the sign to whenever they lock the front door why the advertisers open till 10 PM? And it's close at 930 makes no sense to the customer.

I just think that her tone and professionalism could've been better, and we have shopped at this location before and never had this issue.
