I Paid 4 months in advance for an RV Detail Because Donnie was "in his slow season and needed a little cash flow". Donnie rescheduled the first appointment "due to weather" which ended up being fine. The second time he cancelled saying, "I woke up with a pool of transmission fluid under my truck. that was 10 weeks ago and he has ghosted me ever sense. This guy is con artist! Just purchased a new SUV here in town, but the dealers never put any wax or sealer on the vehicles, so Donnie did such a great job last time, I hired him to detail my new SUV with a wax job. He came to my house and washed and waxed my vehicle and detailed all the wheels and trim. The wax or sealant he called it made the SUV way more shiny than it came to me at dealer. This SUV had a bad case of water spots from some num nut parking it exposed to lawn sprinklers . With the hard water stains hard to remove ... Hurts to write this review as I wanted to support Donnie and his business, and why it's taken me so long to write this. It started off great (hence my previous review), but last Summer/Fall, my mistake was paying him before the service was done. He had advertised discounted gift certificates. I bought them for (2) vehicles to do ceramic coating PLUS tip-- :( this totaled around $2,700. He had rescheduled 4 different times. I also saw him working on a Porsche in MY neighborhood 2-3 days later after he canceled on me, which he cancels the morning of after I would clear out the garage for him to work in due to the heat. And again, 4 different times. So, when I asked for a refund, he delayed it, saying he needed the money. No, that's not how this works, I'm not a bank. I disputed both charges, and luckily was able to get it back. He also delayed in responding to the banks up until the last day. Sure you can have him do your car and not pay him until the job is done, but dunno why anyone would support someone who is willing to just decide on committing fraud. read more

I won a $300.00 gift certificate from a silent auction raffle that I paid $270.00 in the long run for. I have been trying for the last month every week to get a detail done. Every time it's my appointment time I get the hose laid out and get an extension cord ran out to the driveway, ya know just in case he needs them. Then without notice of any kind he never shows up. Not sure if it's because it's not a cash job for him or if his mother is actually as sick as often as he says, but at the end of the day I'm left hanging and will get a " oh sorry my moms sick, reschedule for next week." Have done that 4 times now. I really hope his mother isn't as sick as he says but giving your customers a heads up that you will not be there is common sense every business owner should know and do. Then you make the person you canceled on priority for the next day, not bump them weeks to the bottom of the list. Donnie is outside now finishing up detailing a truck and our Audi. We hired him again after he did miraculous things to our 2008 RAM truck and travel trailer. We just bought an old Audi that was in need of attention. The car finish now gleams like new, and the inside no longer has that funky "what the heck was that cleaning product they used" stink. He has now been out there 6 hours. HIs work is meticulous. Who ever gives him a less than 5 star rating must have the wrong guy because you absolutely can't get better than this.
