They did a first class job and had the product finished on time. The next time I went to use them the business had moved to the Governor Square shopping center. I was back for more trophies for an event I was helping with. Once again they created the perfect trophies, custom made and engraved for the occasion. Several years later I was in search of a business where I could get small vinyl decals printed to use on some cowbells for the local high school. They were able to make the decals from a design they already had in shop for the football teams helmets. Perfect size, fair price, timely availability. (I might mention once again the business had moved and was located on Mt Eden Rd.) The last time I went in search of this business they had moved once again. They are now located on Shelbyville Rd. I was looking for a business that could print some t-shirts. They were able to give me a price quote based on different quantities that might make up the order. Unfortunately, I never ordered the t-shirts as the event was cancelled. If I do need t-shirts in the future I will know just where to go. (That is if they don't move again between now and then.)

CD Grafix have the most unprofessional/unorganized owners in my 20 years of experience I have ever…read moredealt with. I am truly puzzle as to how they can keep customers. over 4 weeks ago I had to find a different shirt supplier for my business because my supplier closed. I called, then visited the office of CD Grafix ,met both owners, and supplied them with requested artwork/logo. we agreed on price and quantity the same day. they informed me they would be leaving for vacation, but after they come back the shirts would be ready fairly quickly. I called them at the end of the week they were back to check on progress. I was told the shirts will be in any day and that we need to approve the artwork (which we did the same day}. I called a few more times (usually once a week) and got a few more reasons the shirt weren't ready. And all this time I was not upset or rushing them, I am an owner too and I completely understand how sometimes things run a little longer. After a month I am realizing that me being very patient a courteous is not getting my shirts, that by now, I desperately need. I called one evening and left a message for them to please call me and expressing my desperation of needing these shirts within the next day or two. The next late afternoon I called them (because they had not bothered to contact me) and again I get an excuse as to why the shirts are not ready. I just cant keep waiting for these shirts that should have been done weeks ago, so I start explained to the owner why I cant wait another week or two she cut me off to tell me they would rather not take our business .
