The first time I had a small Case XX knife engraved for by daughter for a Christmas gift. The engraving was great on this item and I was impressed since the space was so small. The most recent item is a project that I have been working. I went to Kyle with the idea and he took some notes. He called be a few days later with options. Ultimately, the way I had it the spacing would not uniformed since I did everything freehanded. This would also cause the cost to go up a lot since it would take a lot of setup time. I ended up going with his recommendation. It turned out great and I am very pleased with it. MADD Engraving also engraves glass and the continue to invest in other engraving options. A business can have a great atmosphere and quality products, but those things mean little if the people running it lack basic compassion and consideration. Customers and employees of a small town business are people who deserve to be treated with dignity, communication, and understanding. Those absent qualities directly reflect the owner's character. The establishment may be worth visiting, but I would encourage people to look beyond the storefront and consider the values of the people behind the business.
