He also became angry and began to yell when we asked for help. I enjoy spending $ with local businesses but I also expect good customer service. I did not receive such. My experience with Awards limousine is simply perfection. I come from a big family where we have several weddings throughout the year. We have used Awards several times and they have never disappointed. The drivers always arrive earlier than scheduled, and are incredibly pleasant and professional. We've mostly had Dino as our driver, and he was very knowledgeable about the area. He always did an excellent job navigating through the city and avoiding all traffic so that we would arrive on time. The limos were comfortable, and always maintained both inside and out. They are always fully stocked with water and snacks, as well glassware for drinks. You are able to put on any music that you want and as loud as you want which really helps having a pre party vibe. Definitely will use them for any weddings or parties that we have. read more

Awards is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with! I frequently had to call on Awards (about 3 times a month) to provide transportation for our organization's international delegations. Many times our groups were very high maintenance- we didn't know what time they would arrive to the airport, or only half the group would arrive and the other half would show up the next day. The groups had very detailed schedules that were subject to change at any moment during their full week in DC. And it always seemed like I had special requests- could you drop them off at the mall? Could you pick them up early? Awards was always flexible. In addition to my requests, Awards always made sure to make our visitors comfortable. I had a couple of visitors that were wheelchair bound and Awards made sure to have the appropriate van and to drop our guests in the appropriate location. Many of our guests are very distinguished or high level in their home country. It was nice to know that the last thing I had to worry about was transportation. I worked with Awards for two and a half years and every time I had a change, Sal would respond with- "Thank you for your email. Everything is confirmed." The drivers are prompt, courteous, and responsive. If you need a professional van or car service, Awards is your best bet! Even for my personal needs, I will be calling Awards first. I would highly recommend Awards Limousine Service. My wife and I used them for our wedding in June. We were getting married in Chevy Chase, and we wanted a local company to help us out. They were extremely professional. The car was immaculately clean, the driver was extremely courteous, and the service was on time and very punctual. When it comes to a wedding you want a company that is reliable, and this company was by far the best and most responsive in the area. I was even more impressed when I found out that this was a family business that had been in the area since 1987. I also work at a family business so it is always important to me to use other local family companies. We rented two minibuses from Awards Limo for our wedding in downtown D.C. and could not have been happier! I needed one bus to transport 30+ guests from our church to the reception and back to their hotel at the end of the evening and another to take the wedding party/family to the reception site for photos, to the church, back to the reception site and then back to the hotel. I have had nightmare experiences as a guest at weddings that provided transportation for guests and was nervous that this would happen on my own wedding day! Awards Limo could not have made it a more perfect experience and really made our day run smoothly! The buses were on time, they were clean and the drivers were very friendly and professional. Awards Limousine gets an A+ award from us. We had a very complex set of logistical issues with our Rehearsal dinner and Wedding. To make the wedding weekend successful for all our guests, transportation was key. Sal who was our "in charge" person worked with me as we made change after change--always with a calm smile, always assuring me that he had this totally under control.
