I have been to Awards Of Brick before to have custom embroidery to personalize scrub shirts for my husband who is a doctor. They did a lovely creative job and everyone compliments how nice it looks that they can see his name when he walks in the room. I found their prices to be reasonable and their service to be very professional and courteous. Super late review, but before the summer, my daughter's soccer team was having their last game and we wanted to give them medals. In an urgent response to finding out they weren't getting any and we couldn't order them in time anywhere, Awards of Brick had soccer medals on hand and were even able to engrave them with the teams name the same day within a couple hours. Of course I'd always say give a goodness ample notice for any orders to ensure they have the correct supplies and time, but during this emergency and a bunch of excited 8 year olds, this place was the best! STAY AWAY. The women who work here are beyond rude and have no place working in any area of Customer Service or with any clientele. Not helpful, eye rolls and attitude, negative, no interest in selling the product. I read the reviews and still wanted to try to support a local business, but my experience with them was horrifying. This place should not be in business, unless whoever owns it replaces the employees, but maybe they are one of them? As a female, it always bothers me when other women can't get past themselves to do their job. LESS THAN ZERO STARS. Take your business elsewhere. read more

So I was lookin to custom make my fantasy football trophy. So I went to this place, since it's the only trophy shop in the area. Did not check reviews or anything before I went in. I was excited to get my trophy created and this lady inside clearly didn't share my enthusiasm. Every time I talked about what I needed she rolled her eyes and said some negative snickering comment. I let that go, and placed my order. A very simple order. A silver plate with black lettering, and 5 small silver plates with black lettering. I seen her write this down, without going over the lettering and font sizes I was kind of rushed through my order process and told to email if I had any questions. I was told three weeks for the order to be finished and emailed immediately. I got nothing back through the email and picked up my order hoping it was exactly what I ordered. The order was completely backwards. Black plates with silver lettering. I was told it would take an additional 3 weeks to be redone. Not having time for this, I paid for the order and am very upset with the poor effort and communication. read more
