They cleaned decent but still missed alot. They showed up late. I gave very clear instructions and I asked kindly not to touch the beds as I needed to wash all blankets and be careful with my blinds and they still remade the beds and impressively broke 8 of my window blinds. I took care of all the trash bins and put all new liner bags in before they got there and they took out all the empty bags (6 of them). Why? My dawn power dish foam spray bottle from my kitchen sink went missing. One of my bathroom floors had a large sticky area after they left so not sure where that came from. I even left a big tip before I had to leave and trust them to clean while I was away. Overall not impressed. read more

They were able to get off lots of our hard water stains and surprised us by cleaning off a bunch of appliances and rooms we didn't think they would even get to. I'm not sure how this business can have a 4.9 star rating. I contacted them for an initial cleaning and ultimately bi-weekly cleaning. I was told that they'd be here at 9:30 today. I contacted them at 10:00 and was told that they didn't have my address (but they have my phone number as evidenced by several text messages). I was told that they would be coming. It's now nearly 4:30 and despite several text messages, they still haven't arrived. Needless to say, I'm quite upset and will not be using their services. read more

Communication was easy via text. 2 ladies came at 10:30 and left at 2:30. They did a great job deep cleaning my home. There was one issue in that the wood floors weren't cleaned properly and looked cloudy. I mentioned it via text and received an apology plus a $25 reimbursement because I polished the floors myself.
