The radio controlled car is defective. I called and rather than saying, "Bring it right in." They said, "You need to call Activision." Apparently they do not believe in taking care of their Customers. I will not be back. I don't like spending too much money on toys for a 4 year old, but the price on the shelf where the sets were stationed read, $19.95. So I said "ok" to the toy. Once I had it rang up at the register, it was actually $44.95! I told my son that it was too much and not the price I thought it was, he almost cried. To my shock (we cant find great customer service anywhere nowadays) the cashier (I think his name was Jason) asked where had found it, I showed him and he apologized for the error and because it was "their" fault in placing the sets in the wrong spot, he was gonna give it to me for the price I though it was, $19.95. I mean like, WOW!!!! with taxes, I paid a little over $22 and my son was super happy and I am forever grateful to have experienced such great customer service. Thank you.
