Recently needed a place in PC within a 2 week period and thought we'd found a place that would work; but after submitting the application fee and initial call with the office no word back from them. We stressed that time was of the essence and they really didn't seem to care if they rented the home or not. Lack of response and lack of professionalism caused us to go with another group. I really feel bad for the owners who have contracted with Neubauer to rent out their properties; they are losing money by the home sitting on the market so long without a renter. Do not do business with this shady company.
