We had a fantastic experience with Jonathan. He arrived early and handled our group of 27 people with complete ease. It was 35 degrees with a cold front on the beach, and we were all freezing, but he stayed patient, upbeat, and professional the entire time. We gave him a list of different groupings, and he captured every single one plus extra shots we didn't even think to ask for. Can't forget the great candid's he did. We scheduled pictures with this photographer for our girls trip to Destin and they never showed up. We tried to call and text without any response. So glad I did not pay them up front so I did not lose any money but terrible customer service. 0/10 recommend. read more

Working with Jonathan was a pleasure!! We had some cold temperatures, that became a concern for us just before our pictures, He was extremely flexible in adjusting the timing for our session to accommodate the needs of our large family. He rose to the challenge even when the lighting was less than ideal. He professionally edited the photos to ensure they were exactly as desired. He always responded promptly, to my questions and was very professional. I could not be happier with this company. We had several changes to our wedding and he was very accommodating and made sure my day was special despite the setbacks including the storm that rolled in minutes before I walked down to my husband. Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.

The golf cart was brand new, and very fancy. Gina was very informative in explaining the operation of the cart, but more importantly, she explained the local laws to avoid gettin trouble. We rented our cart shortly after a tropical storm, and I don't know if all the water on the streets made our lights go out. We called, and they immediately responded by bringing us another cart. With the weather conditions the way they were, I am not surprised by the issue we had. Things happen, but it was very impressive on how responsive they were on helping us and switching to another cart. I firmly believe that you find out more through adversity than when things are trouble free. I highly recommend Rally By the Beach, and will definitely use them again when in Panama City Beach. They had to pick it up three times, so the second and third time they did not charge me for pick up or labor. I also couldn't give them a good description of the problem because it would randomly stop and go for no reason. Point is they stood behind their work and help me until it was fix.

We had an amazing experience with our Panama City Beach family photoshoot. We were running about 10-15 minutes late (as happens with kids), but the photographer Jonathan was incredibly understanding, patient, and professional from the start, which immediately put us at ease. Working with a family of four that includes both young children and a teenager isn't always easy, but they handled it effortlessly. They gave clear direction for posing without making anything feel forced, and they were great at engaging the kids to get genuine smiles instead of stiff, awkward shots.
