The house pictured here happens to be my house. AWT did an excellent job on my house. They replaced all my windows, installed vinyl hand split cedar shake siding with extra insulation behind it and installed seamless gutters front and back. They wrapped all my existing exterior wood with metal to include all my fascia boards window trim, door trim and columns on front porch. Now there is nothing on my house that requires painting. Yahoo!! What a blessing. The exterior of my house is now maintenance free and my power bill has gone down significantly. It also made my house very quiet from outside noise. You would have to see my house to appreciate the quality of their workmanship. Couldn't be more pleased at how it turned out and we have had numerous compliments from neighbor's, relatives and friends. People I don't know slow down and look at my house as they drive by. Inspected and installed new roof June, 2015. Roof looks great, the cleanup was outstanding. They put an "apron" around the house prior to removal of old material ". The salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional. The roofing crew were hard workers and very courteous. I also had my gutters modified. The gutter techs gave me exactly what I wanted. The only problem was the shingles were not delivered on time, making a one day job into a day and a half. This did not cause me any problems and was not AWT s fault. They do great work. read more

We had AWT replace all of our 1970's windows. They are amazing. We weren't able to open the old windows and they were impossible to clean (especially upstairs). It has been a couple of years now and we are just as pleased as we were the day they finished. I was also pleased that they started and finished the job as scheduled and cleaned up afterwards. AWT installed double-glazed Simonton replacement windows in our home in 2008 and our workshop in 2015. Wayne Thompson was easy to work with and very responsive to our concerns. The windows were installed without making a mess and the old windows were hauled away by AWT. We love the windows, especially the improved temperature control and lower utility bills. This job I had them install a drain for a rain barrel. I had an inline diverter that connected to my barrel that I was going to have to hook up once they ran the drain but they did that too. Looks great. I have been using AWT for years and they have always done what they said they could do at a fair price. I was weed eating around my daughter's home in Fort Valley, GA and the neighbor claimed debris from the weed eater caused damage to his vinyl siding. I took photos and went on line and clicked on ATW. Wayne agreed to survey the damage and determine if he could repair the damage.
