Nothing about it is "phoned in". The puzzles fit the theme perfectly, using tons of authentic props that never break the immersion of the setting. The puzzles are all really clever conceptually and in execution, without ever being frustrating. And the really unique hint system helps you out if you're stuck without ever breaking the fourth wall. When you show up at the start station in Shouldice, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We were given a safety talk, as well as the rules and expectations associated with using the company and the river. The rafting experience was fantastic. It took us about 2 hours to travel down, and was a gorgeous way to see the city. Once we arrived at the end check point, the staff were waving and smiling, directing us where to go. We simply dropped off our raft and carried on with our day. Very hassle free! We had such a great time! Ravi and his team consistently went above and beyond with their customer service. I cannot say enough good things about them and highly recommend that you use them when floating the Bow!

The place seems pretty new and has cool modern industrial lighting. That said I found the bathrooms quite dirty. The staff was not very personable. And although they did their part in explaining the technique, they could have brought more energy, as we all came in pretty excited to try something new and different. We probably spent a few hours there and they did some game score keeping after we practiced for a bit. Then they left to go count up the points and it seemed like forever before they came back. I think it's still a fun event and they have clubs if you're right into it, but I just think the staff could make it more enjoyable if they showed more energy.
