I found out a few weeks after buying them that the CHAIN WAS FAKE GOLD!! So I took it back to the Francis store. Their policy is no refunds or exchanges. Now I see why. They told me If I brought the pendant back in with the chain they could asses the value of the chain. However I had giving the pendant as a gift and no longer had it. I got the run around. I asked them why can't they exchange the chain for a real one? They have other chains that are the same length and all that, it should have been real easy to simply exchange for the fake one they sold me. I still have not gotten the exchange. I feel like I was scammed. Next time I go shopping at a pawn shop not only will it NOT be at Double Eagle but I'll bring a magnet with me. Do not shop at the Francis store. They sell fake gold and customer service is bullshit.

I took this bike to a bike shop that day and was told it was unsafe and would cost hundreds of dollars to make it safely rideable. Pawn 1's website shows this bike can be returned withing 14 days, but when I called LESS THAN 24 HOURS later I was told it was a "sporting item" and therefore could not be returned. When I asked about this they said that was for shipping, when every bike clearly states "pick up only" on their site. Absolute false advertisement of an unsafe item and false advertisement of return policies.

When I discovered it and wanted it fixed, Dana actually got annoyed at me. Pawned me off on his dad. An even sleezer place. As a woman I have sucker written all over me & they saw that. They screwed me so bad on this deal! The car has a multitude of problems the windowshield still leaks SEVERLY even though they "fixed" it, now theres something wrong with the transmission. When I asked for the CARFAX they told me it didn't have one. MY bad. Still...it makes me SICK that people can be so decieving. Of course they did not stand behind their product so I'm stuck w/ a POS!
