We had a terrible experience with an Axiom salesman named Colin last week. He repeatedly knocked on our door for nearly 10 minutes, despite our 100-pound pit bull barking nonstop. It was obvious someone was home and that the dog was distressed, but he just kept knocking and refused to give up/leave. When I finally answered, he falsely claimed he had just treated our neighbors' yard and that they told him to come do ours too & he acted like he was about to spray wither I liked it or not. None of that was true- We all use a different pest control company. I told him he was waking my baby because he had upset the dog and asked him to leave my property. Instead of leaving, he continued trying to sell me his service as I was literally closing the door. He then came back later that same day and again that weekend. I believe he was riding a Onewheel or hoverboard. I understand door-to-door sales are part of the job, but refusing to take "no" for an answer, repeatedly returning to a home, and using dishonest sales tactics is completely unacceptable. As a woman home alone a stranger knocking at my door repeatedly is SCARY in this day and age, especially one won't leave when asked after ignoring our no solicitor signs. I called Axiom and they said this was a non issue and I was overreacting. I had never heard of Axiom until we were stalked by one of their salesmen. He passed by our no soliciting sign, banged on the door while my son was asleep, and then hung around outside our house for 7 hours. He watched us drive away for dinner. Then we saw him around 8pm riding his scooter on our street. We filed a police report as it seemed like casing behavior. Only when we found a thread on the East Nashville Facebook page did we realize this was sales for Axiom and many other people had similar and worse stories. I will NEVER use Axiom and will actively warn others to avoid at all costs. Nasty fowl mouthed young man on a hover board tailgated into our community. When I told him he was trespassing and soliciting and he had to leave. He argued saying he had clients here and gave me a name that doesn't exist here. We chased him out. He got in a Tesla and swore and made derogatory comments as he was leaving. Deceptive technicians and billing practices. On August 30, 2025 I was leaving and a technician suddenly showed up. He stated he was there to do the mosquito, flea and tick treatment to my yard. I was heading out at the time and I guess he thought nobody was home to check on him because my wife said he went to his truck and looked like he was going to do something then 5 minutes later she checked and he was gone. Then today I get the invoice for all the services that were performed on this day. We have 1/3 of an acre lot and the first time they did the treatment the technician was there for over an hour doing the lawn and eves and the interior. Guess what he never did anything this time. I called the office this morning on 9/2/2025 and the agent said that an account specialist would need to work on this. Then no one was available and they would need to call me back. Guess what they never did all day. You can't invoice for something that was never done. So the value for this service is nonexistent, this is a total fraud. Buyer beware they make a good show initially but never again. If I could give them "ZERO" stars I would. I am editing my review because this morning the technician that said he did all the regular services and the mosquito, flea and tick treatment sent me a crappy text message to my personal cell phone. Deceptive Deceptive sales practices used and I have reported this company to the TN State Attorney General. Please do not allow them to use their high pressure sales tactics on you. 1. The sales agent solicited in my community where there are clear " No solicitation" signs posted at the entrance of the community 2. The sales representative did NOT specifically tell me about my right to rescind my contract within 3 days. They will also tell you they are offering only you this special deal today because they're trucks are near by but the reality is- they think if they complete one service before the allowable 3 day cancellation period is up they can lock you into their contract. What they don't realize is that there are laws to protect consumers from deceptive sales practices such as these. They told me that their contract overrides the TN State law which is incorrect. The law I'm specifically referring to is listed below. Cooling Off Rule under the "Tennessee Home Solicitation Sales Act of 1974 (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-701 et seq.) I hate being taken advantage of and I hope I can help others in the future to be aware of companies such as these. read more

A scam service, they knock door-to-door. Are incredibly pushy salesmen, they unknowingly signed us up for a plan with numerous features we specifically said we do not want so they could charge us far more than is reasonable for pest control. I tried to cancel within the first three days of service which under federal law they are required to void contracts during a "cooling off period" of three days from contract signing. A day after signing I realized they charged me over $600 more than the standard rate for my pest control for the year, I emailed to notify them of cancellation again per federal law and their own contract they must return my money and cancel the contract. They come by multiple times a day on their hover boards ringing doorbells after 7pm, waiting in your driveway after 9pm if you're not home and using the neighbors' names stating they're all using their services too. This company has the worst sales people I have ever encountered. They were in my neighborhood last night and upset all of the residents to the point most wanted to call the cops. The technicians are very professional and polite when they come by for service. They ask if we have any concerns or new issues to address. Axiom's sales people will lie to get you to sign up. The company knows this, and has instituted a process to make sure you're bound to their terms of service, no matter what you were told by their agent who interrupted your day by knocking on your door. Within the first three minutes of speaking to their agent, we told him we were likely moving out of state soon, and asked what would happen to the one-year term of our agreement He assured us that if we relocated out of their service area, we'd be released from the contract. THAT WAS A LIE! We paid them a total of $348 for two visits over the next SIX WEEKS on this "quarterly service agreement." Indeed, we did end up selling our house and moving, at which point we were asked to pay a $250 early termination fee. They have been unyielding on this in spite of THEIR AGENT'S misrepresentation of their agreement terms. This company LIES, MISREPRESENTS THE SERVICE SCHEDULE YOU ARE AGREEING TO PAY FOR, and you'll be a much happier person if you remain a non-customer of the company. read more

Signed up due to the amount of work they promised. After 2 treatments there is absolutely no improvement or change whatsoever. The ant hills that were there before the original treatment are still there and thriving even after the 2nd treatment. Complete waste of money.
