I have read the (very old) posted review complaints and as a contractor myself, there are initial recommendations made that don't always pan out, because they are based on similar experience, but we don't have X-Ray vision, so sometimes the initial ideas don't work out. It is imperative that as a customer, that we work together with our contractors suppling them with everything needed to make informed approaches to problems. There are construction/installation details that are not often understood by the consumer.
