The repair involved a sliding door lock by an Italian manufacturer rarely used here in the states. They are not easy to reach for information, and their products are not easy to find or service. Dror not only found a distributer able to order us the proper parts, but he was able to reach the manufacturer for accurate installation information. Also, when the manufacturer appeared unresponsive, Dror did extensive research for other possible solutions that would retain the integrity of the door's look and function.
