Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. He responded to my emails immediately, squeezed me into his schedule on a few hours notice, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I initially had some concerns about hanging a 23 lb object on my old plaster and lath wall, but he quickly put those to rest when he demonstrated that the securely-mounted bracket could hold his full body weight (250 lbs)! Dmitri's mounting job looks so good that I'm considering calling him again next week to mount my other TV in the living room.
