Don't finance! They add additional interest on top of the interest that was already added in the…read moremonthly payment agreement. The additional interest gets added to the principal balance itself, so every month when the new billing cycle kicks in, your principal goes up too! My first payment was more than the minimum and was told any excess will be added to the principal, well on the second statement I noticed that the principal was actually more than the original starting balance!!! So where did my principal payment go?!? Of course I called and got passed around to different people, finally the manager herself had no idea, but said she'd call me back. She never called back, but corrected my principal balance the next day. Now I'm on my third month and the principal balance has gone back up again!! Beware, before agreeing to this financing, they did not want to let me read the policy and agreement contract before I agreed to having my ac unit installed and even asked the manager, but they couldn't allow it. Now I see why....I will never finance here again nor recommend, if anything, I will do my best to tell people NO! Stay away.
