I found my favorite Deschutes Black Butte Porter and he carried it back to a register for me while I studied all the NA Gins. Amazed to have such a choice I read all the labels and selected a robust one. Then decided I'd need some light tonic to go with and he guided me there. When I checked out, he also had fresh limes to sell me. I think I may return to this store sooner than annually. Incidentally, last year I tried Total Wine where I was waved over to the darkest corner of the store for 1/4 of the selection.

I asked the woman/owner if I could get this and she rung me up only to tell me the price is $19.99. I told her I had just called and asked the price as well as seeing the price tag on the shelf and she said, "I know the wrong price is marked". So they appear to just be scamming people by telling them items are "marked wrong" and then adding $6 dollars to the item. Never going back. Upon our arrival it was like walking into paradise. Hundreds of beers, meads, ciders to choose from and they were all for me lol. The staff and locals were very friendly, offering up advise on local beers and how well they pair with food. Though it was still 100 degrees at 8pm, being able to sit outside, enjoy a nice beer and have a subtle breeze going, was heavenly to the experience. I'm definitely coming back to this beer haven soon. Need to restock my coffers.
