I had my first delivery order today from OPV and it was fantastic!! Super easy to navigate the online store, pick my products and check out. I had my order at my doorstep that afternoon and I was so impressed by the entire experience. The selection of flavors was incredible, if you can dream it up, they have it!! Great for the first 3 years, spent around 50 a month - juice - coils - tank and always took there advice on equipment up grades Bought a new vape unit yesterday and the battery dies in 2-3 hours. Brought it back today and they first looked for excuses that it was because of something I was doing wrong and hate to say it but they acted like they really didn't care and maybe he was the Manager but he told me state laws do not require them to replace the unit. Their juice isn't my favorite, but that's a personal taste thing; nothing to do with the quality of OPV's product. Wow. Just wow. My sister in law recommended this place after hearing me complain about Freedom Smoke for the billionth time. I'm still in awe! Old Pueblo Vapor Lounge is everything that Freedom Smoke isn't. My husband and I walked in and were immediately taken aback by the relaxing atmosphere. It reminds me of a giant living room with counter space. As for the flavor menu, there are no gross, laminated binders here. The flavor selection is displayed on giant, bright, lcd screens. Very easy to read. My husband immediately had a question about his tank. Rather than receiving a short answer, we were immediately guided to seats at the counter where the employee (I totally forgot his name) sat us down and went over every question he had. It is obvious that they're there to educate and that they love what they do. After patiently answering all of our questions and offering up some great suggestions, we tried out flavors and made our purchase. While waiting, we grabbed some sodas from the fridge (they don't charge you for drinks) and hung out. Within 5 minutes we has our juice and left. As for the juice itself, wow, just wow. It doesn't have that harsh caustic taste that FSUSA's juice has. The flavor is delicious and true to character. And no leaky plastic bottles! Old Pueblo puts their juice in dark purple glass bottles with droppers. That's right! No more spilling precious juice when filling up! According to them, the dark color of the bottles prevents the flavor from dissipating. What's great is that when you bring back your used bottles, you get a discount off your next purchase! And the bottles have the ingredients listed on them! Though e-juice makers are no required to follow FDA suggestions, Old Pueblo does, so you know what you're getting and exactly how much you're getting. Consistency is definitely something they value. We often noticed that with FSUSA's juices, over the course of a few days our taste buds would sort of become desensitized to the flavor, even with the extra flavor. We've had our Old Pueblo bottles for almost a week and every hit still tastes like the first. Like I said, Old Pueblo Vapor Lounge is everything Freedom Smoke USA is not. The customer service is spectacular. No more long waits or pissed off employees. You're a valued customer, not just a number. I came here while visiting my family and glad I did, they were by far the best shop I've seen. The staff were all friendly, tommy was the one that was helping me and was very cool with showing me different mods which was great. Their flavor tasting section was awesome and such a large choice of flavores and all tasted amazing. I liked that you really could go in and just sit down and chill out on one if the many sofas or chairs it was great. My husband and I usually buy all our vape needs online but when his 2nd Cupti 2 broke at the same time as mine went missing we couldn't wait a week for new mods to come in the mail & we wanted to try something new because a coworker had a mod we really liked. We were looking for something with a lot of flavor. We decided to stop by OPV on payday because we remember when we had to resort to using an old vape but didn't have any coils for it they graciously gave us one for free that had been opened but not used. So on payday we returned. We were greeted by Mondo who knew from the pics of our coworkers mod exactly what we were looking for, he was actually vaping the model up from it himself. Mondo listened to our needs & situation and gave us a great deal on 2 Voopoo Drags with Valyrian coil kits. We always used Kangertech mods and were skeptical about changing brands but Mondo made us feel secure in the decision. Afterwards we did a tasting with him and got the deal of 3 15ml bottles for $22 and left very happy customers. This payday we returned for more juice & again was greeted by Mondo. He wanted to know how our new mods were working out & we let him know we were very pleased except my husbands did leak a little. Mondo immediately assessed his vape and offered to take apart and clean both of our vapes. The leaking, which started a week after we bought the vapes was simply because we vape at a little lower watt and my husband vapes a little more and his coil needed replacement. Considering it had been two weeks this made sense. So after cleaning our tanks and replacing our coils we did another tasting. As before Mondo was courteous and kind and professional and took good care of us and this time we left with 4 30ml bottles ea flavor as delicious as the next. Mondo was right about my husbands coil because it hasn't leaked since. So now every payday we vow to be there for coils and juice. DO NOT BUY MODS HERE. I bought an alien kit 4 months ago. At $112 and have bought an upgraded tank and all my liquids from them. (I knew I was spending more but didn't mind as I was keeping my money local). My mod went out on me and seemed like a simple swap. Smok website recommends that any warranty claims be dealt with through the retailer. My kit falls within the 6 month warranty. Well, the owner said he could do nothing as they will only take care of mods that fall under their own 1 month warranty. So know I have to hassle with phone calls, forms, and shipping my mod back. For a brick and mortar company that sells equip higher than online retailers I expected better service. Yes, their liquids are top notch and have friendly staff. But if I wanted the run around, I could of shopped online and at least saved myself 40 bucks. Get your liquids here but as far as mods, tanks, and batteries shop elsewhere. read more

I've been going to this place for e-juice since I stumbled upon it while at one of my favorite burrito places in the same complex. The owner was the first person to greet me and we had a great discussions about e juices and vaporizing in general. I went back a second time to help my friend get an e-cigarette set up for her dad to help him quit smoking and the guys there were super helpful. Its not everywhere where the owner talks to you for half an hour going over options and answering all your questions. I went there this past weekend too and stocked up on some more e-juices. They're definitely the highest quality e-juice vendor in town - on par with the best e-juice suppliers online. I have zero reservations about giving OPVL 5 stars. It's not close to me, I have to drive 30 minutes to get there, but its worth it to me. They don't water down the juice like other places. Service is always great and there is never a wait to see a rep. They are knowledgable and stand by their products. I don't hang out in the lounge, but its nice to sit on a couch for the short wait while an order is filled. They have a rewards system where you can get free bottles when you spend money. Stopped in here on a trip down from Phoenix. My buddy and I walked in about twenty minutes before closing, and we were promptly and openly welcomed to the store. It was really great. Josh sat down and talked to us as we tried flavors. He was nice enough to let me charge my phone and let my buddy rebuild his atty on the counter. Even gave him some cotton!
