Almost all of their shelves are super dirty like they've never seen a rag a day in their lives.. and I get it.. they probably do not get paid enough to care.. but this is a well known company.. they should send out people to clean this place up at LEAST once a month. There's also no air conditioner in there.. that's wild. It's summer and NYC gets super humid.. those poor workers and customers. 3. Most of their time their stuff doesn't work. I was there today and the belt on the register didn't work.. they also require you to use exact change if you're paying in cash. What? How about corporate comes out here and fixes things up. 4. These poor workers are exhausted and irritable. One person working a line of 20+ people while every other register is closed, why does this even happen? I'm wondering this place is a franchise and the owner just doesn't care? Corporate needs to step in and fix these issues. This place used to be a bit better about 10 years back. It's horrible here now. If you go out of state to any other Dollar Tree, it would NEVER be as bad as here. They were only $10.99. I went back and bought another color. I've seen them sell clothes from Macy's and oldnavy. They also sell scrubs.
