They used their professionalism to recommend changes to existing plans to get more done within my budget. They take special attention to detail. They spent an entire day protecting my flooring, appliances cabinet, and furniture. They recommended specific paint that will minimize the smell of pai t with my asthma. I was able to stay in my home while they painted. My home look like a brand new home again and their customer service is phenomenal. This is one company that don't take short cuts. Over the past two years, we had Adrian and his crew paint two of our houses (interior) before they were put on the market. The staff are hard workers, detailed, and thorough in their work. I am so happy that Ayala Painting were the ones I chose to paint a couple parts of my new home! I just bought my own condo and I've been excited about it because it is a big step in my life. We had established an appointment for a Saturday morning. We received a text around 8am the day of our appointment, to confirm a 9am appointment and we only had 10 minutes to respond. Needless to say, that was an extremely short window that was missed. There was no phone call nor did Adrian attempt to confirm appointment the day before. We responded 20 minutes outside of the 10 minute window, and was told we would have to reschedule. Adrian was a complete waste of time, and needs to implement a better process for confirming appointments. ***Just for clarity, the issue is not that a confirmation was requested. The entire crew is a pleasure to work with.
