I wouldn't recommend this dry wall company to anyone. Very poor customer service. Maybe they have too much business and can't keep up so they lack morals in the business. Overall, don't waste your time scheduling an appointment with "Simply not the Best." They book me an appointment on Labor day knowing they were unable to make it. No one called to cancel or reschedule. When I contacted the company, the scheduler expressed he was unable to get a hold of the drywall person and he is unsure of where he is. Later, the scheduler texted "I don't know how long it's going to be before we can actually service your home so it's best to use another contractor." Well, at least he was honest about that. A company with no consistency, you might think again before using their service. If they did a poor job, I am most certain they won't have time to come back to fix it. Ray just finished our kitchen ceiling and he did an amazing job!!! My husband is an electrician so he removed the big ugly framed florescent lights and added recessed lights. Carlos performed a "small" repair job which consisted of patching and texturing four outlets that were created for mounting surround sound speakers. The holes were at eye level throughout our main living area and I was concerned that it would be apparent where the patches were done. This is a fairly new home and the holes were dead center in each of the four main walls which were otherwise perfect.
