First time was ok. Second time I got there and turned away and said it's appointment only.

Why is it so difficult for some people to smile and interact with the customer when their business is being utilized? The female co-owner of this salon is extremely rude and disrespectful to the client with her abruptness and inconsiderate manners. While the pedicure service was good, her customer service leaves so much to be desired. A customer should not be left to feel disregarded when they are paying for a service. I've noticed other clients have posted similar comments. Her poor husband who must be embarrassed by her attitude and mannerisms. I will spread the word on this experience with others, as there are other choices of salons in the area to patronize. read more

Got a gel manicure with acrylics. My tech was slightly rude and did not do the best job. There was someone else there getting their nails done and her tech was doing a much better job than mine. read more

My friend and I decided we needed a "beauty pick me up" appt. this week and decided on getting a manicure with gel polish. I called the few places in Rhinelander and JP Nails were the first to pick up the phone and had two appts available at the same time for the next evening before dinner. My friend has four boys under the age of 7 and never treats herself, so her request to get manis done was a great surprise. JP nails treated us to a relaxing manicure for and a super array of gel polish colors! My friends said she felt truly beautiful hours afterwards while we had dinner and out shopping. Thank you, JP Nails! We will be returning each month for manis and when we start to feel Summer has arrived we will be in for pedicures! My friend's first pedicure too! Can't wait. read more

Called and made appointment yesterday for today. Options were 12:45 or 1:15. Took the 12:45. Arrived today on time and we're told nope we have no appointment. Sorry come another time. Nope! So much for trying a new salon. I don't recommend if you have any sort of schedule! read more

do not use them!!! they botched my friends nails she was getting done for her wedding. she spent over $100 and when she told them it doesnt look right they just said that's how it is. I've never seen such sloppy nail work. poor form. poor service and ugly nails!!! now her hand pics with her husband to show off the rings will look horrible. do better JP Nails!!! read more

They give THE BEST pedicures. They take their time and rub your feet and legs! Highly recommend them if you need a relaxing pedi!

I got my nails done here and they fell off with in a week so o went back thinking maybe it was my fault I got them done again and the acrylic was bumby and gross I felt pressured into what I got and they fell off right away as well don't waste your money read more

I needed my nails done for spring break. The nail place was clean but they didn't have much of a selection for color. They also only had two people working. The nail technician was very friendly and we had a great conversation. They aren't the best nails I have ever gotten because the acrylics were very thick. I wouldn't recommend getting gel nails here either because my nails look a little lumpy. It was good service but not the best nails I have gotten. read more

Horrible service and the prices were way to much for what I got!! 1st of all it took 3 people yes 3 to do a pedicure and when it was done it was NOT correct! Not ALL prices are listed as well! So a design on a child's $5 polish costs $7 per TOE!! I paid what they asked and I wasn't happy about it but I'll NEVER go back here again!! read more

Favorite nail salon north of Wausau. Reliable clean and very friendly. If and I mean if you can go in then this is the place. Nothing fancy but very consistent. Only complaint is that they need more contemporary nail colors. read more

Occasionally nails are done very well however most of the time I've gone there, tools used are not sterilized. I go there occasionally as there are not a whole lot of options that are much better. read more

Went to this salon for a gel manicure and standard pedicure. The technician spent a fair amount of time on my nails and made sure they looked good. Overall I am very pleased with how they turned out. Both of my big toes smudged badly when I got home, but I attribute that to the 100% humidity day we were having. Very clean facility with nice people. Good prices. The only bad thing I have to say is that technician was talking very strangely the entire time he did my fingers. I honestly think he is mentally unstable. He was telling me he writes songs for Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera and has a yaht in New York and something I couldn't follow about his family is responsible for giving babies birth certificates and his name is on the top of every one and his name means all of the states in America and birth certificates are his familie's gift to chidren so when they get bigger they can get an ID and on and on. Really weird stuff! It made me a bit uncomfortable toward the end and since I went alone I couldn't really get out of listening to him. I kept looking around at the other staff to see their reactions, but no one seemed to be bothered or even notice what was going on. Strangest mani-pedi ever! read more
