I have finally found a new place to call home for my healthcare! I had an incredible first experience last week visiting this location. I went in to see Dr. Adeyi for my annual physical, and my visit exceeded expectations. Parking was ample and convenient. The facility is modern, clean, and looks beautiful. The front desk staff was kind and attentive (they even brought me cold water!). I was taken to the back by Nurse Florrie, who is just the sweetest woman. She was friendly, kept the mood light, and listened actively while I took her down the long, twisty road of my medical history. She, along with the front desk staff set the tone for my visit, and helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Adeyi was everything I hoped she would be, and more. Her reputation preceeded her, but even still, she exceeded my expectations. She was so kind, patient, and compassionate. I am usually very nervous in doctors' offices, due to some trauma from previous experiences. With Dr. Adeyi and Florrie, I never once felt uncomfortable. I felt that Dr. Adeyi really aimed to collaborate with me on my care, balancing her expertise with my preferences and lived experiences. Finally, I have a place that I can call home for my healthcare, with providers I can trust. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I made a last minute appointment for my daughter because her allergies had been really bad with the pollen and was trying to seeing if she could be prescribed something stronger. They noticed that she had lost 7 pounds since she was there in December and after asking her other series of questions the nurse turned to me and said "You know what that could mean right mom?" I say no, and she tells me that these are signs of type 1 diabetes. And I ask her if they would be able to test her for it, and she said no it is too late in the day and they were about to close but told me to make an appointment for the following week with another doctor (it was friday) who was better with kids so they could test her. She said "looking at her she does not look good" so please bring her back next week. And proceeded to apologize because she did not mean to scare me. I am NO DOCTOR, so I did not know how serious this could be. I get home and google more about it and we take her to an urgent care and turns out this is what she had and she was in DKA and prob would not have even made it if I would have waited until the next week. If the nurse knew how bad something like this could be my question is WHY was there not more urgency? WHY did she not at least tell us to take her to the ER instead of just waiting till the next week to get her tested? Especially since she said she didnt look good and had a lot of the symptoms. Aylo Healthcare - A Mixed Bag of Efficiency and Missed Humanity I recently visited Aylo Healthcare Canton, GA for my annual physical, and while the experience started strong, it ended with enough red flags that I'm unlikely to return. Here's my detailed assessment and grading: Booking & Intake: A+ The ease of booking an appointment online was excellent. I appreciated being able to complete all my intake forms digitally ahead of time - convenient, streamlined, and efficient. Check-In & Lobby Wait: A- I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in process was smooth, and everything ran on time. Nursing Staff: B The nurse who took my vitals was warm, professional, and quick. However, when it was time to prep for the physical, I was left with just a pillowcase to cover myself - an oversight that left me uncomfortable. I had to dig through drawers to find a cloth blanket, which felt like a basic attention-to-detail miss. Doctor Wait Time: A+ My wait time for the doctor was just five minutes. Again, the speed and punctuality of the entire visit were notable. The Exam Experience: F Unfortunately, things took a downturn here. The doctor entered, immediately began the physical, and had me in stirrups - only to realize she or the nurse hadn't fully prepped. While I was in a vulnerable position, the door was repeatedly opened and closed as they retrieved missing items. It was unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable. Again - a basic attention-to-detail miss The Physical: C- The exam itself was efficient--but too efficient. The entire interaction lasted under 15 minutes. When I mentioned shoulder pain and limited mobility, the doctor responded by pushing down on my arm and casually asking, "Do you work out? That's probably why." No follow-up questions. No curiosity. No sense of care or interest in my well-being. I was there for a physical, and that's all they intended to deliver--no more, no less. Labs & Follow-Up: C- I received my lab results online within five business days, which was fast. However, there was no accompanying explanation. A nurse called a day later and simply told me my LDL cholesterol was "slightly high" and advised me to avoid fried food and shellfish, eat more fiber, and exercise. This was a textbook answer that made it glaringly clear no one had taken the time to understand my lifestyle: I exercise regularly. I don't eat fried food or shellfish. I follow a primarily vegetarian, fiber-rich diet. This generic advice felt dismissive and out of touch with my actual health! Final Thoughts: Aylo Healthcare excels at speed, punctuality, and convenience. But those strengths come at a cost: personalization, thoroughness, and actual medical curiosity. I walked away feeling like a number, not a patient. If you're looking for a fast, no-frills physical, this place might suit you. But if you're hoping for a provider who listens, asks thoughtful questions, and sees you as a whole person--not just a checklist--I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Rating: 2 out of 5 stars. read more

Spent a lot of time and money there on a Friday afternoon. Called the number provided before 5:00 to get an Rx substituted. Was not the office number. Was kept on the phone until after 5:00 then told all the doctors had left. The on call number was not answered, but magically this is the only office ever to not know the name of the physician on call. After all that time and money, someone else had to give the Rx. Don't waste your time. I should have read reviews first. If I could give negative stats then it would be negative 5 stars. I called them at 8:00 am to see if I could bring my ESA w me. I was told no. He is in training as well for a support animal for panic attacks. I made two appointments with Aylo (Aylo happens to also be one of Canada's largest pornography websites) one was a pcp appointment and the other was a mammogram. The first appointment was at the Hickory Flat location. First they couldn't find me in their computer. Operator error or system i don't know but after checking in I was in a room with Maria and again she couldn't find my information either. At least not all of it until she sent me into a panic attack. I spent 4-6 hours putting information in their system I guess for nothing because she couldn't find it. My blood pressure continued to rise with every question. I was trying to put my trust in these people but nope. I need a good PCP and it's not these people. The doctor might have actually been good but I couldn't get past the incompetency. So, I won't be trusting them with my health. You shouldn't either. I remembered this after the fact.... I went in for a swollen knee. Maria changed my appointment to a physical and she got stuck on trying to give me a pep smear. Yes, you read that right. She repeatedly asked me if I wanted a Pap smear. So, they didn't seem to have my information but found it after the fact. Don't take your child here they will try to do a Pap smear!!! read more

Unfortunately, just not a good experience here as much as I was really hoping to have found my new doctor's office. The building is very nice and I was excited to give it a try since I had been to the open house awhile back and met with the staff. I originally tried to schedule an appointment at the open house, but they were not taking patients at that time unless they were family or friends so they took my info down and said they would call, text, or email as soon as they started taking patients. I never heard from anyone about them taking appointments and noticed months later that they had been taking new appointments and I was unaware. So when I finally needed an appointment with an issue that came up, they were still my 1st thought of who to book with since I had been excited about their new office and had a decent experience at the open house. I scheduled my appointment online the day before and was called the morning of the appt saying that appt time wasn't available and neither was the Dr. that I had scheduled with. I had already put it into my work schedule and planned my day around that appt was doing my best to make it work. The staff member was very kind, but no one could verify if the doctor they were rescheduling me with was with my insurance so I agreed to do a self pay appointment rather than cancel even though it seemed like they were pushing me to cancel due to my appointment being inconvenient to them (wish I had cancelled it). The staff was severely underprepared, lacked people skills, and was not knowledgeable from the moment I walked in the door. It was like walking into a place where no one had ever worked their job before. I shook it off and just thought they're new and still working out the kinks (which may still be true). The entire computer system was down and they could not process payments, fill out patient forms, nor lookup any patient files or information which led to somehow my insurance being charged instead of the self pay rate that was originally discussed and agreed upon while at the visit. This has resulted in almost a $100 more expensive charge difference for the visit. My nurses were incredibly kind and provided good care. My Dr. on the other hand spent less than 2 minutes with me and speculated a completely off the wall diagnosis that wasn't exactly possible given the circumstances. Then, prescribed a cream for me to get at my pharmacy and left the room. She wasn't rude or unfriendly, just did not listen to anything I had to say, seemed she wanted in there and out of there as quickly as possible. I walked out to pay and the girl at the desk said everything was down on their equipment and I was good to go ahead and leave, but they'd be in touch for payment. I was never contacted and a little over a month later I have been hit with a bill on my online account saying my insurance was charged and basically didn't cover any of the visit. I tried calling and speaking with the billing department, but she informed me that it would have to be paid no matter what because they sent it to insurance and it was out of her hands. Hate to have this beautiful place so close by with such great potential, but they've lost my trust on my care. Therefore, I will not be coming back the next time I need a doctor's appointment. read more

I had high hopes and was excited when the office in Canton opened. A new facility with comprehensive care. Open 7 days a week. I scheduled an appointment and was seen. I was annoyed a bit at the appointment because MY concerns were ignored, I was not listened to (Red flag 1). Lab results, 2 weeks after the results were in, they called to discuss, but it was a very general discussion nothing about what they mean (Red Flag 2). The final straw was prescriptions, the scripts they sent 1) were not correct for what we discussed and 2) based on the lab results they sent scripts without discussing with me first (red flag #3). Based on my experience I highly recommend against Aylo. read more

I was hoping Aylo would finally be the answer but they just don't have their act together yet and the very rude office manager at this location was it for me. The front desk was kind about a very big error they made but the manager was condescending and snarky towards me for absolutely no reason. I was so shocked and caught off guard I just left almost in tears. In hindsight I should have gotten her name, but then what. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to go with concerns so here I am. On yelp. I thought Aylo might be a nice neighborhood healthcare option, but it seems like an understaffed shell of a corporate moneymaker (housed in very nice new buildings) run from the other side of the country.
