It seems that they have miscommunication problems from the person who schedules the appointments to the person who provides the service..the last 3 times I went there I felt as if i was inconveniencing THEM for a service I am paying for. It is not my fault if the person answering the phone doesn't know what days are available for waxing! Also I got annoyed by being told I have ingrown hairs (something I literally have NO control over) and having the same discussion each time about exfoliating. I exfoliate 3x a week. I dance at a club and definitely need my skin to be soft at all times. I use gloves, bha, and scrubs. I cannot control what every single one of my individual hair follicles are doing and I don't enjoy being almost scolded over something so trivial everytime I go... I will keep my review at 5 stars because I was more than satisfied with my services rendered. But to deal with this type of customer service is annoying each time and just feeling like IM doing everything wrong is not worth it to me.

Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work!
