I got a goody bag and the front desk came from behind the desk to make sure I was ok and comfortable. Going back the assistant Alayna was super nice and gave me a tour. I told her about the issues I've been having and she was just very helpful and listened to everything I said or asked. The dentist Dr.Bains was also super nice. She came in checked everything out and explained everything in great detail and if I had any questions she answered them. She referred me to a surgeon and also gave me prices and dates for their surgeon. I will definitely be back !!!! Thankyou so much for making my experience great because I am nervous when I go to the dentist . Inspite of genetic dental problems they are actively helping us to prevent cavities & carefully treating them when necessary. Holly lets Dr Halls give her "a poke in the face" when necessary & that use to require sedation. That's a huge accomplishment! She cooperates with more thorough dental practices at home because she wants to please THEM even more than me (Mom). If we ever have to move away I may bring Holly back here to see Dr Halls!
