I broke down and just called Blue Ridge Family Dentistry, what a blessing that was. Dr. Kent called me back within 20 minutes, got me in within an hour, omg what a great dentist. His wife came along as the assistant, love her, she was the best. I felt like I've known both of them forever. I will go back any time I need services and will tell anyone and everyone about them. If you don't love your dentist, change it, go see Dr. Kent, you'll love him.

This office was the complete opposite. They were straightforward, quick and officiant. He didn't try to upsell anything,and explained exactly what actually needed to be done. Pricing was also a huge difference--about half the cost of other local dentists, which was a big relief. Overall, a solid, honest experience. I finally feel like I found a dentist I can trust.

Holly lets Dr Halls give her "a poke in the face" when necessary & that use to require sedation. That's a huge accomplishment! I got a goody bag and the front desk came from behind the desk to make sure I was ok and comfortable. Going back the assistant Alayna was super nice and gave me a tour. I told her about the issues I've been having and she was just very helpful and listened to everything I said or asked. The dentist Dr.Bains was also super nice. She came in checked everything out and explained everything in great detail and if I had any questions she answered them. She referred me to a surgeon and also gave me prices and dates for their surgeon. I will definitely be back !!!! Thankyou so much for making my experience great because I am nervous when I go to the dentist .
