The place doesn't open on time. There was people waiting outside for over 30 min. When it finally did open, the person didn't help us, just yelled at us saying to make an appointment over the phone. Went there to get the registration on my wife's car renewed. Found outright away if you want to get p***** off very quickly, this is the place to go. When you walk in the door you are instantly struck with the unprofessional appearance of the place. Makes you want to check to see if your wallet is still in your pocket. The computer they use to communicate with the state is in another room which you cannot enter. If they have a question while they are on the computer, you have to shout at each other through the wall. The guy working there is a real gem of a fellow. Rude, arrogant, argumentative, insulting and condescending. His customer service and human interaction skills are nonexistent. I did not observe any redeeming qualities of this man. We chose not continue our business with him and left. He did not even thank us for coming into his business. Went down the street to Foote Works and completed our business in less time than it took to argue with Mr. Personality at AZ Tags and Title. These people were professional and prompt. This is a 3rd party alternative to driving out to the state motor vehicle office. They charge a convenience fee in addition to the state fees. It has been worth it it for me. Although, it depends on if you would like to save time waiting and the trip to Prescott and back. I only have 3 stars since customer service needs improvement. Visited this office to get information on registering my current vehicles, including a 5th wheel, in AZ. Staff was unprofessional looking and unprofessional acting. Requested assistance from manager, who also was very unprofessional and rude. Ended up leaving without getting any information that I needed. I thought this would have been a convenient place to handle my vehicle-related transactions in the future since they are so close to my residence.
