Mike walked us through setting up the lights and pairing our phones with the clickers. The fact that it was BYOB made it extra fun. There's probably 10-12 different backdrops and it's very easy to use the full hour. Everyone raved about the experience, even the people who don't normally take selfies. Most importantly, the bride enjoyed it and has a ton of pictures to commemorate her bachelorette. The photographers were not the ones she was told who would do the shoot. They seemed very much in a hurry to leave and not very professional. Not sure if this was a just a fluke but I don't think so because when she asked for a partial refund they said no and wouldn't even talk about it. From the start I had said I wanted scenic Mountain View family portraits. We had family come in from three states, 13 people total. To get everyone together was special, so we wanted photos. The initial location Travis suggested was too far for some on my family. He then suggested another location and said it would be a great place for a session. Why wouldn't I think it had scenic Mountain View's after I stressed how much I wanted that. We got there and Travis searched for 15 minutes for a place to take photos. Why wasn't he prepared? Why did he suggest this place? Then the photos were chaos. He didn't suggest poses (like he said he would) or help gather the kids (again, like he said he would) and we didn't capture the sunset (like he said he would) because of the terrible location. Then I get the photos. They don't look great. We took photos on a tee box (golf) and there were divots everywhere. Why didn't he edit those out? He said he would send edited photos. So when I asked him to edit them, he made me feel guilty. Like it was my fault. But he was suppose to send me EDITED photos. Then , this is the ridiculous part... the photos were only on the website for 20ish days to choose before he charged you for keeping them on there for longer. WHAT?! That was never discussed and I'm still laughing how ridiculous that is. I just paid a hefty fee for photos and you want to nickel and dime me... absolutely not. Lastly, I asked him if he can edit a small red mark over one of my family members faces (5 photos) and he wanted to charge me $7 per photo. He messed up the location, sent me unprepared photos and created stress during the session, and he couldn't have said - no problem, let me do this for you to try and make things better. Nope- very money hungry. If you want your photographer to show up in sweats, unprepared, don't suggest poses and want to take a lot of your money. He's your guy.

She will leave a session, wipe her daughters bum and say it was part of your studio time, she will sign for cake deliveries, mail, and packages and will consider it studio time. She will go fix her daughters snacks and also consider it studio time. My daughters 1/2 birthday shoot was themed in purple to match her party. She knew literally 6 months ahead of time but procrastinated and waited until the night before to locate the props to no avail. So, I had to sit on the floor of her studio and help out together flowers for a back drop that were not the color I requested. So an $80 outfit and a $25 headpiece were deemed useless at that point. To add insult to injury, she recently used my daughters' six month outfit on another client when she was supposed to mail it back me. Think long and hard before doing business with this lady
